Immediately around the Barn, the dry stone walls, an iconic feature of the Mendips for over 200 years, have been expertly renovated and new hedges planted. Existing hedges have been re-laid to provide extensive wildlife cover and habitats and, 300m below the Barn, an ancient woodland area provides opportunities for exploring the flora and fauna of an undisturbed natural habitat.
